Delivery starts a window of five working days. During it you can report a bike that does not match its description — with photographs and one line per item.
If nothing is reported, the delivery counts as accepted and the seller is paid. The absence of a claim is not a footnote: it is what releases the payout.
If a claim is accepted, the accepted amount is credited to the buyer and the same amount is withheld from the seller's payout.
